Francis was found on the streets of TJ dodging cars in traffic. A good samaritan opened her car door and she jumped right in. I guess she knew it was fate. She was taken to the vet and is healthy but underweight. We are getting her up to date on her vaccinations and she will be ready to find her forever home. Is Francis right for you?
