Meet Frankie! Frankie was found on the streets in Mexico, and she is an adorable little feisty 3 month old cattle dog. She is super smart an will need an owner who can challenge her and keep her entertained. She loves to cuddle up with people after she's done playing to take a quick nap! She's good cats and won't attack them, but she does hope they will be her friend.
