Meet Jughead! He came to ASR from a rescuer in Mexicali when he was found in an abandoned store parking lot. Despite all of that, he is very sweet. He is around 2 years old and weighs less than 10 pounds. He is doing great in foster. He loves to give kisses and has a best friend with the children in the home. He is an absolute love bug and has great manners. He is enjoying toys and learning to play as well. He is good with other dogs with proper introductions.
