Meet Bianca! This sweetheart is less than 10 pounds and around 7 years old. She was living on the streets in Tijuana when a rescuer reached out and was able to get to safety. She is now living the good life in her foster home and enjoys hanging out in the office or lounging on the couch. She is a quiet and easy going girl who loves other dogs and would be a great buddy.
