Meet Rita! This sweet girl is nothing ,but sweetness to the core. She is around a year old and under 10 pounds. Rita came to ASR from a vet in Tijuana where her owner could no longer afford to feed her and asked the vet for help! She is doing fantastic in foster! She loves to play with her foster brother, despite him being bigger than her. She is very loving and a cuddle bug. She’s a little shy at first ,but comes around quick with treats and love!
