Benja is a beautiful 12 week old lab mix. He has a sweet lab face and temperament! He was voted least likely to cry when put in a crate, waiting patiently after mealtime is over for time to come out. He is well adjusted, happy, playful and always ready for a love and cuddle break! Benja knows not to bite hands when playing or being pet, but he is young and might need gentle reminders (no biting) and reinforcement (put down). He is very food motivated but he knows how to sit, stay focused and accept a treat from your hand. He pretty much knows what "no means but has to work on his focus. He is good with big humans, and playful with big kids but needs to be monitored around smaller children. He needs to be introduced to other dogs in a way he feels safe. He is ready to take his next step in potty training and can make it through the night in a crate. Benja is so smart and with consistency and patience will pick up potty training in no time. This happy boy has been a wonderful part of a loving foster pack for weeks and is ready to be the star in his own home and for adventures with his new best friends!
