Arnold was found in a canal in TJ trying desperately to get out. A good Samaritan saw him struggling and stopped to help. She was able to get him out of the canal and has kept him safe. He is now ready to find his forever home in the USA! Arnold's adoption fee of $450 covers his standard first year vaccines, his neuter, is microchip and his first dose of flea and tick preventative.
