Nala has a sad story with 1/2 way to a happy ending. She was found on the streets of Mexico fending off the boys. A good Samaritan contacted us and wanted to help but couldn't take her in permanently. Time was of the essence, so we quickly had her spayed while she could recover in indoors, but unfortunately after her surgery she had to go back out on the street! Finally, after a week of nail biting, we found an angel. A wonderful local San Diego foster offered to open their home so she could be safe. Whew! She is now enjoying and learning how to be allowed inside and a part of a family. She gets along with all other dogs, and absolutely loves humans. She will run with you in the park, walk with you on the beach or nap with you on the couch. She is a true "human's best friend" with a loving demeanor and a daily smile. If you would like to meet Nala, please submit an application through our website at www.amazingstraysrescue.org. Nala's adoption fee of $450 includes all initial yearly standard vaccines, her microchip, her sterilization and her first does of flea and tick prevention.
