Winkie is a special little guy that is very friendly, loving and smart! We rescued him out of TJ and we believe he was hit by a car causing a hip injury. He is recovering from a successful surgery and expected to make a full recovery! He is great with other dogs, cats and kids! he is just a well rounded nice little guy that would make a great addition to any family.
