Sweet Penny was rescued off of the red list at Bakersfield Shelter.  She is the absolute sweetest thing you could ever meet.  She is a mature lady (we believe she is about 8) but still has spunk.  She walks well on the leash, does fabulously in a car and has never met a human that wasn't instantly her best friend.  She loves late morning cuddle sessions or hanging on the deck.  She would be the ultimate companion to anyone or any family dynamic.  Older pups deserve the same love the younger ones do.  Penny definitely deserves it.  If you are interested in meeting Penny, please submit an application through our website at www.amazingstraysrescue.org.  Her adoption fee of $495 includes her spay, microchip, initial standard yearly vaccines, and her first dose of flea and tick prevention.
