Proprietary Information includes all information obtained by Volunteers during the course of their Volunteer activities. Confidential information is any information that is not generally known to the public. Business and marketing plans, family and volunteer information, literature, veterinary list, training systems, contact information, policies and procedures, vendor list, computer records, financial data, internet transmissions or other electronic communications, passwords to any and all electronic formats are examples of confidential information and included in this Agreement.*
I hereby release, authorize and give full consent to ASR to publish and display my photograph in which myself, or any member of my family, including pets, may appear. It is further agreed that ASR may use or cause to be used such material for, or in, visual displays, any exhibits, internet web pages, social media outlets, publications, or other marketing collateral. I also acknowledge that I have received no monetary compensation. I also declare that by my typed full legal name included in this Agreement, that this testimony is factual and accurate.*
