Pia was rescued off of the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter due to overcrowding. She is a sweet and spunky petite gal that loves her dog companions. She is a little timid at first when it comes to meeting new humans; we don't know what her life was like before rescue, but it might not have been the kindest environment. She has been absolutely thriving in her foster home. She is an early riser, very cuddly, and mischivious. With abundant energy, she will win every race and game of tag. She would love a fur sibling to play with as she loves to company of other dogs. Shes good with kids and she'd do great in a home with cats. Pia is happy pup and always very gentle. She is very intelligent and progressing quickly on training and basic commands. At around 18 pounds, and she is the perfect size as a travel companion and is looking forward to her new adventure with a permanent family. She loves to play with every pup she meets!
