Oh my gosh, does it get any cuter than Twix? He was rescued off of the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter due to overcrowding. He's around 5 months old, believed to be a hound mix, and is extremely laid-back for being a puppy. He is the perfect co-worker if you work from home, as he spends his time curled up next to you, snoring his little heart out, and definitely won't bark while you're in a meeting. He would be a great option for someone who is searching for a pup that's middle-of-the-road, as he is not too high energy and not a complete couch potato. He will curl up on the couch and let you catch up on your favorite show, but he's also down to take a long walk, play some fetch, or continue to learn some new tricks. He's highly treat-motivated, so he loves a good treat while he's working on sit, leave it, and paw. He knows when it's mealtime and will sit patiently for his bowl. He's about 80% house trained and has a routine pretty down pat. He gets along with dogs of all sizes and would be a great companion for a family with kids. Though he's interested in cats he only tries to play with them when they run, otherwise if they are mellow he leaves them be. Could Twix be the companion you've been looking for?
