Rowan is an energetic little guy that is excited to meet anyone or anything his path crosses. He is the ultimate wiggle butt champion that wants to be where you are and is up for any adventure. He is learning manners on a leash and not jumping. He gets along well with other dogs and is always up for a wrestling session. He would do great with kids but due to his high energy maybe older kids or dog savvy tikes. It is unknown about cats.
