Vinnie rescued himself. He trotted up to a kind local TJ vet's office and made himself at home. They liked him so much they have vetted him and he is now available for adoption. He is a very sweet and mellow pup, kind to everyone he meets. Very loving and listens intently. Loves humans and gets along with other dogs with no issues.
